MONDAY 12/1/2025 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the morning shift was incredibly slow, and by 3:00 it was just Will and me. But we weren't getting many orders, so we had everything under control. When the afternoon shift arrived, we started to pick up the pace a bit. Then I placed Dimare's order for tomorrow, and things picked up a little from that point on. Around 5:00 it calmed down even more. I used the time to tell the whole team they should fill out their health insurance forms. In the meantime, I helped them cover the pizzas, and at 6:00 I started taking breaks, covering for each of them. Everyone took their break, then I started checking that nothing was missing for tonight, and that's how I finished my shift.
