SUNDAY 2/8/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day, I was checking what supplies we needed for preparation. I started with a sauce recipe, as well as Rice Krispies and spinach. I finished them as quickly as I could, since we had quite a few orders starting around two o'clock. Today I was stretching dough and helping on the line until the afternoon shift arrived. From there, I moved on to topping pizzas and also helping Leticia with the salads, as we were getting a lot of orders. Cynthia was a great help selling pizza slices at the front counter. We were constantly moving; the orders kept coming in, but working as a team, we managed to keep up the pace. Starting at six o'clock, I began giving breaks. The whole team got their breaks, and by eight o'clock, things started to calm down a bit, allowing us to restock the front counter and replenish supplies on the line. Everything went quite well. All the orders were completed on time.

What might be missing are sandwich meats, as well as mozzarella cheese.
