10/10/25 Friday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived, I arrived the dumpster was closed but not locked. It looks like someone was trying to brake the lock again. I am not sure what is so interesting in our dumpster. If the lock takes more damage I will have to change the lock for the third time. It was a good close with all stations clean and organized. I started the prep lists and past them out. There were no deferred orders for the day. I reviewed the credit tracker and went over the outstanding entries with Delmy and Charles. I reviewed applications and selected a few for interviews. I met with the representative from Chefwarehouse. He informed me that they were purchased by Hardie's. I informed him that we are not adding any other vendors at this time. It was a slow sales day for Friday
Ryan and I met with Diego and went over his dismissal from HSP.
