Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting my shift, it was a little quiet in the morning so we took advantage of the time to finish all the preparation and then we started to fill up with a lot of Pizza for in front, I was selling slices of pizza, when those of the afternoon came in. I took advantage of my time to place the Houston avocado order for tomorrow, then I was stretching a little helping Juan and I sent Evelin to make Kalamata and starting at five, we were quite busy at that time we were in motion and around six I started with the breaks covering each one who was going the whole team had their break starting at 6 and at 7 is the time we had the most tickets as well as in the salad area then I checked that everything would be okay tonight and that's how I finished my shift

The Sicilian ones did grow quite well, the pizza slices are crispy, the dressing and pizza sauce have a very good flavor.
