SUNDAY 10/26/2025 BOH AM RONALDO

Notes about the shift in general:

 At the beginning of my shift, upon entering, I saw the trash can was closed, but the lock wasn't working. It seems it was forced to open last night, and the numbers couldn't be changed. I then entered the restaurant. Everything was pretty good, so I started with the preparation list and handed it out at each station. Then I helped Don Jose with the bread knots. Meanwhile, Juan and Pedro were refilling the line. Then we got a ticket for 10 sandwiches of 12 at 11, so at about 10 we started with all the pizzas up front when it opened everything was ready Cynthia helped us cover in front selling slices of Pizza, so I started at about 11:30 with the breaks, the whole team had their break, it was busy and also a customer came who bought a whole Cheesecake he didn't want it cut, already at about three we started to fill up with enough Pizza up front to have them enough for the night when those from the afternoon arrived I took advantage of my time to place the Houston avocado order for tomorrow and that ends my shift
