MONDAY 11/3/2025 BOH PM RONALDO

Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting the day, things were pretty quiet in the morning, especially after Leo finished his shift around three. We were working in the salad area, and when the afternoon shift arrived, I took my break. Afterward, we started filling up the pizza boxes. Fredy texted me saying he'd be a little late, but since things were a bit slow, it wasn't a problem. Just as he arrived around five, things started to pick up quickly. Around six, I started taking breaks. The whole team had their break, and then I told Evelin and Danilo that they had fully stocked the station because there's a big ticket coming in tomorrow. Then I checked to make sure everything would be ready for tonight, and that's how I finished the day.




Next shift be on the lookout for:


We only have the provolone; we have three containers left, but we have enough to start tomorrow.
