THURSDAY 11.6.25 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Steady day, definitely better than yesterday, heavy on slices. We had shipments from BEK and PFG this morning, neither left an invoice. I let Raymond know. Helped on the line until Evan arrived for his mid-shift. I talked to Gerardo and Jose about cleaning dishpit in the ultimate hour of their shifts on days when they are able. Jose left at 3pm today and Gerardo worked on cleaning the legs back in dish. I ran to the store to get creamer as everything on hand was expired. Six were tossed and written on the waste log.
