FRIDAY 1/9/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day, we initially had plenty of stickers, but then the supply dwindled, which gave us time to finish all the prep work. Around three o'clock, we started filling the display case with plenty of pizzas, and when the afternoon rush began, I took my break. When I came back, I saw that the line was completely full, so I helped organize things in the vegetable room and also placed the order for Houston avocados for tomorrow. I noticed we were out of Rice Krispies, so I made two batches, finishing around five o'clock. I then helped out at the oven, as it got incredibly busy at that time, but we were well-staffed, so there were no problems. Around six o'clock, more and more tickets kept coming in, and the whole team took their breaks. Afterward, I did a quick check to make sure we had everything we needed for the rest of the night, and that's how I finished my shift.
