2//19/26 Thursday Mid w/Raymond

Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived, the dumpster was closed but not locked. When I entered the building, I started on the BEK truck order for Friday. Cynthia and I spoke with Evelin and Ramona regarding their performance and thanked them for their noteworthy performance.

While covering Marsal, I discarded a few house pies. They were past PAR baked. Sales started to build at 7:00 p.m. at Marsal, Roto and Sub/Salad. Breaks started at 6:30 p.m. and ended at 7:56 p.m. All BOH team members were able to take breaks.
