FRIDAY 2/20/2026 BOH AM RONALDO

Notes about the shift in general:

Starting the day, when we arrived we already had all the BEK merchandise and everything looked pretty good, so we began organizing everything, moving all the carts up. Right at that moment, the Houston Avocado merchandise arrived. I checked it, and everything looked to be in good condition. I organized everything and started with the preparation list, delivering it to each station. We began the preparation list at 10:00 AM. We started with all the pizzas for the front, and around 11:00 AM we had everything ready. Then I started the breaks. The whole team took their break, and I also received Houston Deli. Everything was accounted for around 1:00 PM. We had a pizza slice frenzy because a group arrived wanting slices of pizza, and around 2:00 PM it calmed down a bit, and we finished some preparation. Around 3:00 PM, we started filling up with a lot of pizzas for the front. When the afternoon shift arrived, I took the opportunity to order Houston Avocado for tomorrow. Then I checked that everything would be okay, and that's how I finished my shift.
