Notes about the shift in general:
We started off today with large deliveries from BEK, SOFO, PFG, and Houston Avocado. There were 3 broken tubs of Old Fashion Ricotta. I notified Raymond and added them to the credit tracker. Overall it was a much needed busier Monday. We had two small deferred orders hanging, one for 11:30am and one for 3:30pm. Both went out without issue. Most of today's business was walkups hitting every station. In my downtime I ran to the store for Oat Milk and ham.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Prep extra croutons for Rocio's order Wednesday.
