MONDAY 2.9.26 BOH AM WILL

Notes about the shift in general:

Before I arrived, Leo called me and Ronaldo to let us know his bike was stolen from his other job last night, and asked if he could have the day off. We ran with out him. Large deliveries this morning from BEK and PFG. One case of dome lids was delivered instead of hot lids, and two ricotta containers were broken. I took photos and sent that over to Raymond. After putting everything up I helped with garlic knots, set up the salad station, and helped Juan stock Marsal. We had one 10-pie deferred for 11:30 and another one come in for 12pm, but we knew Ronaldo would arrive in time to help us out. Steady day for slices and salad/sandwich. Evelin came in at 3pm to finish prep for her station. We got Juan out at 3pm. Houston Avocado did not arrive until 4:30. Around 1:30pm I started calling them, apparently our normal driver was a no show, and one older driver was saddled with both truck's deliveries. After my call they sent another driver to help him finish. It was also Belinda's first solo prep day, she did really well.
