SUNDAY 2/22/2026 BOH PM REONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
It was a pretty good day, we were always on the go, making a lot of pizzas for the front shift when the afternoon shift started. I took my break when I came downstairs. I was helping out on the line, covering pizzas, which was pretty good. I usually go out around six. I started my break around 6:30, and it got pretty busy. We were getting way too many pizzas, as well as sandwiches and salads; it was so much that we even needed Raymond's help. Some orders took a little longer because there were so many. We were very busy for an hour and a half, and from 7:40 onwards it calmed down a bit. Then we were filling up the whole line and making more pizzas for the front shift. The whole team took their break, and I saw that we were short on root. I cut one for Krispy Kerosene. And I did a walkthrough to make sure we wouldn't be missing anything for tonight.
