SUNDAY 2.22.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Textbook Sunday. Checked inventory on arrival and ran to the store for Diet Coke. Raymond picked up the other items. There was one 13-pie deferred which I discussed with Josh before the shift. No issues. Rush came late. Salad/sandwich was steady for the whole shift, slices didn't really start until almost 1pm, but stayed steady after. In my downtime, I communicated between Ronaldo, Meredith, and Evan to make sure we would be covered this week after loosing Julio. I got storage areas ready for receiving product tomorrow morning.
