THURSDAY 2.19.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started the day with a delivery from PFG. No broken bags today, everything accounted for. It was a slow start to the shift with nothing other than salad/sandwich hitting until after 1pm. We did some extra cleaning today: Pedro cleaned the doors on roto and the shelf next to roto. Leo took the boxes off the warmer and cleaned on top of there. I cleaned out back in the trash area and went through each storage area, organized and made sure dates were on products. I made a store run. By 1pm it had picked up and I helped out on the line and with restocking Marsal.
Forgot to mention, yesterday I ordered more vanilla and crushed red from Southern Spices. Today I ordered from Houston Avocado. Looks like we can make it until Monday without another SOFO order.
