TUESDAY 2/10/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
We started the day pretty well, then things slowed down a bit around three. Meanwhile, we were refilling the front of the line. When the afternoon shift came in, I took my break. After I went downstairs, I prepared the Houston avocado order. I also cut cheese to help Dina for tomorrow and prepared more Pizza Kids boxes since we were out. When I finished, I did some work on the line, and then at six, I started the break. The whole team took their break. We had a lot of business, and today's specialty was the Sicilian pizza, as it sold quite well. I also worked on the schedule for next week. I also told Evelin to make more sandwich paper to be ready for the weekend, and that's how my shift ended.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Houston avocado
