TUESDAY 2.10.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
A very welcome busy Tuesday morning. We had a 15-pie/party salad and 7-pie deferred hanging, and good amount of call in/tablet orders. In my downtime I put in the BEK order for tomorrow and went by the store for the usual items. Dough team made 2 batches of bread. Dina is cooking off cheesecakes. Leti was out at 3pm and I am also leaving during this afternoon lull.
Cozzini changed out slicers. Houston Deli did not have an invoice, but said one would be emailed to Raymond.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
