FRIDAY 3/6/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day, we did a lot of preparation and also filled the pizza counters with plenty of pizzas for the front. When the afternoon shift arrived, I used the time to organize the vegetable cooler, throwing away all the empty boxes since more would be arriving tomorrow, and also tidy up the salad area. I noticed things were a little slow, so I sent Lety to make more sandwich paper. Then I was on the line covering pizzas around five o'clock. Things started coming out quickly, and around six I started taking breaks. Also at that time, a lot of people arrived at the front for pizza slices, and while I covered each of them, the whole team took their break. Then I did a walk-through to check that nothing was missing for tonight.
