Notes about the shift in general:
As busy as it gets. Definitely saw a lot of Rodeo traffic today, in addition to a lot of tablet orders, every station was poppin. There was an 8-pie deferred for 10:30am and a 6-pie for 11am. Helped with knots, with prep, with the two deferred orders, running Marsal, and ran to the store for Mexican coke. Team work made dream work. No prep person tomorrow, double prep today.
