SATURDAY 3/7/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting my day, we were quite busy all day, constantly on the move, refilling as much as we could at the front, since we were getting so many takeout pizzas and slices. Today's specialty was the Sicilian pizza, which sold really well at the front when the afternoon shift arrived. I was finishing up some prep work, like washing the lettuce, since we didn't have time to do it this morning, and Will and I were also preparing more sandwich meat since it had sold out during the day. I was in the salad area, while Lety was refilling her line and getting ready for the evening. Tickets kept coming in from six o'clock onwards. I started covering breaks, and things calmed down a bit from seven onwards. The whole team took their break. Then I realized we were out of the little balls of cookies, so I started making more for tomorrow.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
The only thing missing is pizza sauce and sandwich lettuce; everything else is pretty good.
