SUNDAY 3/8/2026 BOH AM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting my day by walking into the restaurant, everything looked pretty good. I began by handing out the preparation list to each area and checking what was missing since we didn't have anyone working in prep today. We were only missing about three things: pizza sauce, pre-cut Rice Krispies, and lettuce for sandwiches. Pedro and Juan were filling things on the line and doing the prep work, and I focused on starting my own small preparation list around 10:00. They started with all the pizzas at the front, and I finished around 10:30. Around 11:00, we had everything ready, so I started my break. Cynthia also helped us sell pizza slices out front, which made it easier to finish our breaks. The whole team had their break; it was a slightly slow day, but not bad at all. Around three o'clock, we started refilling the front with a lot of pizzas, and around four o'clock, sales started to pick up a bit. When the afternoon orders came in, I started preparing the Houston avocado pizza order for tomorrow, and I was also making cookie balls for tomorrow since we were running out. That's how I finished my day.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
