THURSDAY 3.12.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started off with a delivery from PFG this morning. One tub of Galbani was broken and added to the credit tracker. We kept roto off this morning so that Rush could finish their work, and while it was off Pedro re-filled the gaps in roto with foil. We had no deferred orders this morning, but the lunch rush hit every station hard, with about $1800 in sales that first hour. The shift was decent overall, with a good amount of prep and constantly restocking Marsal. I ordered produce in my downtime.
