Notes about the shift in general:
We received from PFG this morning, everything was accounted for. Overall it was a slower shift. Lunch started late: the first hour was dead, but a solid slice/sandwich rush started around noon. We were especially selling a lot more cheese, margherita, spinach, and vegan slices than normal. In our down time, I had Leti and Leo clean their stations. Pedro fixed two shelves that had broken off a mobile rack and cleaned on top of the large roto line cooler. I worked on the training guide and ordered produce.

I was cool in the building this morning so the sicilians did need some time by the warmer, they were good to go by 10. House dressing on the line was thrown out in favor of today's. Other than that everything tasted correct, pies looked great today.4. Sales for the shift:
