TUESDAY 3/10/2026 BOH AM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day when I arrived, everything looked pretty good. I began with the preparation list. We started filling the line around nine, and we began with the preparation. Today I gave two bread recipes around 10. We started with all the pizzas since we had a ticket for 10 pizzas by 10:40, as well as a Party Salad. We hurried to get everything ready, and by 11:00, we had everything ready, and the large ticket went smoothly. I started the break; the whole team took their break, and from 11:30 on, we were bombarded with pizza slices. They were selling incredibly well, as were sandwiches, and we were quite busy. Things slowed down around two. Raymond helped us a bit up front. Lety was supposed to leave at three, but she stayed on since she still had some preparation to do. She was a bit busy and didn't have time to finish by the time the afternoon shift arrived. I took advantage of the time to prepare the Houston order. avocado for tomorrow and I've also been working on the schedule for next week
