MONDAY 4.6.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
It was a very front loaded Monday. We started off with deliveries from BEK, SOFO, PFG, and Houston Avocado. Everything was accounted for. There was a 10-pie/1 pear party salad deferred order due at 11am this morning, it was ready on time, but Diligent was over 20 minutes late picking up. We did a test run on the Umami Bomb pie for tomorrow, which was delicious. After the lunch rush business died all the way down, so Juan and Leo were out at 3pm and Ronaldo and I held the line. I started the schedule and purchased a turkey in my downtime.
