SATURDAY 4/18/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting off my day—today went quite well. We were constantly on the move; we churned out a huge number of pizzas for takeout, as well as sandwiches. We finished up some pending prep work, and starting at 3:00 PM, we began restocking the display case with plenty of fresh pizzas. Once the afternoon shift really kicked in—around 4:00 PM—things got a bit busier; likewise, at 5:00 PM, I helped Gabino out at the oven. Today, our Sicilian-style pizzas sold like hotcakes! Around 6:00 PM, I started covering everyone's breaks, making sure every team member got their time off. Afterward, I was informed that only three slices of cheesecake remained. I had to cut another one, and we went back to restocking the display case with more pizzas, as they were selling incredibly fast. Finally, before heading out, I double-checked to ensure nothing else was missing.
