Notes about the shift in general:
No deferred orders, but the day started decently. Sales were primarily walk up, slices were moving. There was a lot of line prep for the team. After 3pm it died down almost completely and we started filling Marsal for the PM. I placed orders for BEK, SOFO, PFG, and did inventory in my downtime. I was going to run for capicola but we have just enough to make it to tomorrow.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Deliveries from BEK, SOFO, PFG, and Houston Avocado.
