THURSDAY 4.2.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
This morning started off with a delivery from PFG. There were no deferred orders this morning, but there were a good amount of tablet orders to begin, slices were moving all day. We had a couple large sandwich tickets come through and a couple larger orders for the afternoon. The team prepped up for the weekend. I ordered produce in my downtime.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
BEK, SOFO, Houston AvocadoSchools are out tomorrow
No deferred orders on the books until Monday and Tuesday

43. Food stuff:
Sicilian had a good rise, pies were looking great, dressings were all on point (other than couple of ounces of house on the line).Leti sorted through the bread from this week setting aside a few smaller loaves for croutons.
