Notes about the shift in general:
We started the day with a delivery from BEK. Everything was accounted for. I spent some of my shift organizing, pulling boxes, making sure dates and proper rotation are in place. Dough team cooked off two bread batches, I helped out by cooking cookies. Slices were moving today but little else. Since it was a slow shift I cut Juan at 3PM. In my downtime I worked on next week's schedule, went over Art Car stuff with Raymond, and translated for an interview.
