1.  How many pies did we run on the timesheet (⅖, ⅗, etc)? We ran 4/5 all night. 3 fly pies tonight. 


2. KMOD stuff: Roto pies times fell behind after a big DoorDash order, communicated with FOH and got caught up with in 30 mins.
Francisco was terminated for saying some offensive things about Salvadorians. Also he was making a couple of the girls uncomfortable. He made a comment about estala's "figure"
We had a sit down conversation with Roxana about expectations and she took it well and understands. She said she will do everything she can to be the perfect employee coming forward 

 3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)- Found- Sicilians were looking funky. So we 86 them tonight and used the best looking ones for slices. 


4. People (Z1R, Z2R, Salad, prep, etc) (Prep- made some cuts per Charles  as we had a lot of employees in overtime. Islay, Estella and Rubil were cut around 9pm. Also, Kaylana and I terminated Francisco tonight for mis conduct. 


5. How did you show love? (verbal hi-5’s, public praise, complemented food, etc. Hi Five goes to Herman Bailey for floating between Marsal and dish tonight. 

 6. What did you teach someone today: There wasn’t an opportunity to teach, but I learned how to unportal and terminated employee. Thank Kaylana!


7. Repair issues- toilets in pink restroom had to be unclogged 2 times tonight.


Pro-tips: Reflect on what’s working well and what needs more work each day. Communication is key to connecting with team members.

    Thanks so much for these notes Cynthia, very pleased we were able to run 4 on 5s all night! Did you all have a plan with the front of house to get the pie sheets updated before the shift started? Just want to follow up if it was "true" 4 on 5s, meaning proactively planned that way or if we were simply trying to make 4 pies every 5 minutes. Also, looks like there might have been food notes that fell off: " 3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)- Found " Anything to detail there? Thanks again!

Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list. Then I counted the doughs, while Juan Pu was filling on the line, from there we started with the preparation, Then we got a ticket for 16 medium pizzas, I wanted it at 11:30 so we hurried and started on all the pizzas in front around 10, when we finished we started with the order, then a lot of sandwiches also came out, so we were working as a team and everything went pretty well, the pizzas came out on time as well as the sandwiches, and around 12 I started with the break and we managed to finish around 2, from then on if quite a few pizzas came out to go. Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list and also gave two bread recipes. Then we started to fill in the line. When we finished we did the preparation and around 10 we started with the pizzas and we had a ticket for two pizzas for 10:30. By 11:00 we had everything ready, so we started with the break at 11:30 and we managed to finish around two: At the beginning the tickets came out, but from two onwards it was pretty slow, so we focused on doing a little cleaning in the work area. I also told Pedro to change the filter where the Flex wheel is.
