1. How many pies did we run on the timesheet (⅖, ⅗, etc)? We ran 4/5 all night. 3 fly pies tonight.
2. KMOD stuff: Roto pies times fell behind after a big DoorDash order, communicated with FOH and got caught up with in 30 mins.
Francisco was terminated for saying some offensive things about Salvadorians. Also he was making a couple of the girls uncomfortable. He made a comment about estala's "figure"
We had a sit down conversation with Roxana about expectations and she took it well and understands. She said she will do everything she can to be the perfect employee coming forward
3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)- Found- Sicilians were looking funky. So we 86 them tonight and used the best looking ones for slices.

Thanks so much for these notes Cynthia, very pleased we were able to run 4 on 5s all night! Did you all have a plan with the front of house to get the pie sheets updated before the shift started? Just want to follow up if it was "true" 4 on 5s, meaning proactively planned that way or if we were simply trying to make 4 pies every 5 minutes. Also, looks like there might have been food notes that fell off: " 3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)- Found " Anything to detail there? Thanks again!
