SATURDAY 07/29/2023 BOH PM WENDY

Notes about the shift in general:

 Tonight was a good night we had 2 orders one was at 5:30 with 4 sicilians everything went really good, and another one at 7 with 9 pies that went out really good the only thing it was a little confusion because on the thicket said 7:00, 7:30 delivery and they though that the order was suppose to be ready at 7:30 but we had time to have everything on time at 7, after that was done we started get busy i had to step on help Jordan, we were good on times nothing on the fly no overbookings everything was going really smooth, around 9:30 Joshua ask to leave early and because we start to get a little slow i let him go, everyone were already done with their breaks around that time.




Next shift be on the lookout for:

We prep the last box of Mozzarella cheese, we were good for the night but i think we are gonna need more, and trash bags.

2. KMOD stuff:

We are gonna need more mozzarella cheese to shredded, we are out trash bags Cynthia said shes gonna stop by BEK to get some, and when restaurant depot opens she is gonna get some mozzarella cheese as well.  


3. Food stuff:

Sicilians were looking really good tonight Ramond was there making sure the sicilians touch the corners, and they were looking so awesome, hopefully tomorrow the look puffy and beautiful, slices were looking really goo, they were crunchy and so good i had to eat one and it was really good, Jose and in the morning shift are doing a really good job with those slices.

Eli is getting a lot better communicating, im happy with that and i will let her know about the progress she is making with the communication.

Z2R: Lorena she is getting a lot more faster i cant believe how fast she bit 2 pounders, thats really good.

Mateo is getting a lot of progress in RODO he is getting a lot faster and he is learning how to control the temperature of the oven.

6. How did you show love?

I talk to Jose and Roxana they are doing a really good job with the slices they are looking really good i love how the really pay attention to what the expectations are with the slices and if something is not looking good they already know.

The printer in Marsal looks like is going to fall, Ross is already notify about that he said he is going to try to fix it on Monday.

Notes for FOH:

It was a good night. the communication was there, thickets with no time were getting fixed immediately, nothing on the fly and no overbookings a really good night.
