Notes about the shift in general:
Very very slow shift. Got breaks done and out of way. Had one small order to start with 6 pies but never picked up.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Be on look out for Sicilians still. Took a bit longer for them to rise but they got there. Bake off was good not great but good rise and good taste! nice and crisp bottom and just oh so yummy.
Also be on look out for cucumbers being too thin. Some are pushing it. We need to just have another talk with prep and make sure we are cutting it at a 2 on the slicer. Should be about 1/16 of an inch. if you can see through it throw it out!
1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
5/5
2. KMOD stuff:
We need to have talk with salad sandwich station staff so that they understand that asking for help is okay and that we are a team. It's not them failing or not doing good. That we all need help sometimes!
3. Food stuff:
house pies looking good! really great pounds and just really good looking slices. I did have a talk with Jodi to raise the bar even higher on slices and any that are baked too long or just a little too brown need to be wasted. She takes alot of pride in the slices she puts out and so she is taking that up a notch!
