Notes about the shift in general:

 We started with Lana having a conversation with Ana about get a better on finish the prep list, she try to explain her that it was not fair for the person from the next shift to have to finish Ana's list and that persons own list, after that talk she just went down stairs and took her stuff clock out and leave, but before that she started telling Estela how we dont understand and that we only want her to do more and that we demand a lot, so i had to stay on prep and make the things that we were going to need the rest of the night, it was stressful cause we had to go and help the line and then go back to prep that things that we need on the fly, the line was good only one pie on the fly, we were busy for like 2 hours, in Marsal right around 11:30 we started to get busy again.




Next shift be on the lookout for:

Im so sorry, i know Dina is going to have a lot of things on the prep list i try to do as much i could, but we might need more pizza sauce, basil, and Italian dressing

2. KMOD stuff:

Me and James had to send Bailey home cause Mateo and Bailey came to tell me that Bailey throw some dishes to Mateo and the that was not the first time that he does that so just for everything to calm down i had to send him home, i told him that tomorrow we were going to check the cameras, we clarify with him that we were not fired him but we were just sending him home just for everything to be calm the rest of the night.

Slices were looking good, great texture crispy and delicious like always.

Z1M: Idael, i think he needs to come i little more early on fridays, cause when he comes at 6 is already a busy time for Marsal so he has to make all the pizzas on the fly, but he is really good at helping ROTO then we is done.

    Thank you for setting the tone with Bailey for throwing dishes. Also thank you for setting the standard with Ana. I know it didn't work out, but am thankful that we are committed to maintaining a strong team. Do we feel Ana received enough opportunity and feedback for training to be more efficient in prep? Was this the first talk we've had with her? Thanks again Wendy!

Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list. Then I counted the doughs, while Juan Pu was filling on the line, from there we started with the preparation, Then we got a ticket for 16 medium pizzas, I wanted it at 11:30 so we hurried and started on all the pizzas in front around 10, when we finished we started with the order, then a lot of sandwiches also came out, so we were working as a team and everything went pretty well, the pizzas came out on time as well as the sandwiches, and around 12 I started with the break and we managed to finish around 2, from then on if quite a few pizzas came out to go. Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list and also gave two bread recipes. Then we started to fill in the line. When we finished we did the preparation and around 10 we started with the pizzas and we had a ticket for two pizzas for 10:30. By 11:00 we had everything ready, so we started with the break at 11:30 and we managed to finish around two: At the beginning the tickets came out, but from two onwards it was pretty slow, so we focused on doing a little cleaning in the work area. I also told Pedro to change the filter where the Flex wheel is.
