10/28/24 Monday AM w/Raymond



Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived I worked on prep lists. We were significantly behind in prep. I had to call Dina in to help us catch up. I went to HEB to try and get one more ham until tomorrow, but they were completely out. Marsal is where most of the action was. All available space in marsal had slices. All team members were able to take breaks. All trucks came in, and BEK SA was out of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips.
