Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived i started on the prep lists and dough prep list. I then entered the BEK SA and BEK Houston truck order. I also completed the PFG order for Thursday. As soon as that was completed I went to cover marsal until 2:30 p.m. Pedro took over marsal and I went to Specs and HEB for items needed for the roll-out. When I returned I completed the Produce truck order
We were selling slices like they were free. Roto had a few good pops with whole pies. All BOH team members were able to take breaks. I communicated with our produce rep regarding our kale order and she is working on it. I also communicated with A Wrecker Service and they will be out tonight to hang their signs. I received the lot sign and I will let Ross know that they are here.
Next shift be on the lookout for
