1/26/25 Sunday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived the recycle dumpster was closed and there were no visible boxes to the public. All truck orders were entered. I sent text communication to Alsco regarding the missing invoice. The driver did not leave the invoice on Friday. He informed me that the invoice would be mailed to our attention by Sunday, but the invoice was never received. After they applied at eight percent increase for their services, you would think that they would be more responsive and just perform their most basic responsibility.
The shift was busy and we had some pops throughout the night. Break started around 6:30 p.m. and continue until 9 p.m. Sub salad was hit very hard and that caused Leti to fall a little behind. There was a little confusion on a sub that caused the sub to be given to the wrong person. Alec requested a remake on the fly and it did not take Leti long to refire the subs
