Notes about the shift in general:
starting my day entering the restaurant, everything was fine and when we entered we had a lot of merchandise so we started to upload everything and arrange them around 8:30 Houston avocado arrived I checked them and made sure everything was in pretty good quality and I arranged them and gave them a date then I started with the preparation list and delivered it to each station and refilled meanwhile I helped Gerardo with the bread knots when I finished then I helped them with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas when it opened we didn't have any tickets so I started with the breaks but starting at 11:30 we had an attack of quite a few tickets and we got a ticket for 11 Pizza and others we were in a good movement from 11 until two and from then on it was a little calm so we took advantage of the time to make two Cher Pepper and also finish with the preparation that we had left, already at around three we started to refill De Pizza in front and then I made the order for Houston avocado morning, and so I finished my shift

Today was quite good, very good communication with the waiters made sure all the pizzas came out on time and were of good quality.
