Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting my shift it was pretty slow and I had a little meeting with Raymond and Will talking about cleaning and other things. At the end I was in the salad area. Then at about 4:30 I was baking pizzas since Carlos told me that there was an accident and that he was stuck in traffic and that he would be a little late and we had a ticket for 14 pizzas at six before we put the pizzas in he arrived on time and finished baking them while I was covering and at about seven and I started with the breaks but at that time it got pretty busy and since Letisia was going to leave at eight but I saw that it was too busy I told her that there was like another hour and we finished the break around nine from there I was in front selling slices of pizza until closing. At about 10 it got a little slow and that's how my shift went.




Next shift be on the lookout for:


We are pretty good, the only things missing tomorrow are to cut Cheesecake and also Rice Krispy to do it and everything else we are pretty good to start the shift

Starting the shift was quite slow, and around seven there was quite a lot of work, everything else went quite well, there was very good communication and very good work.

Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived, the dumpster was closed and locked. I stopped to pick up tomatoes due to the sharp increase in pricing. I walked the store and checked supplies before placing the BEK truck order for tomorrow. I called Republic again regarding their not picking up recycling. I was informed that one of their drivers called off and that impacted a number of routes. They will pick up tomorrow. I called our Houston Avocado Rep and we discussed price corrections on tomatoes and when we could expect to see them. At this time they anticipate that pricing should get back to market norms in 1-2 weeks. In the meanwhile, I will continue to purchase 4X5 tomatoes from HEB at significant cost savings. The shift started slow and then picked up at 6:00 p.m. Both the Roto and Marsal lines did well during the pop. Notes about the shift in general:   starting the day, it was a little slow so we were finishing up with the preparation and we also made cherry Pepper, when those from the afternoon came in.
