Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting the day, it was too slow, so it was just Will, Leo, and I working on the tickets that came out while I was working at the oven until the afternoon team came in. When they arrived, I took my break downstairs. We were refilling the front after finishing. I took advantage of the time since it was still a little slow. I was cleaning the refrigerators where we keep everything that is salad preparation, I cleaned them all and also the doors. Meredith helped me remove it and clean and wash the back one since it was too dirty, while they took care of the tickets that came out. When I finished, I started with the break around six and Evelin started cutting more paper for the weekend and they managed to finish. From there, we threw out the trash so they could leave a little early today since there was nothing and that's how I finished my shift.




Next shift be on the lookout for:


The Sicilian ones had a pretty great rise and are cooking quite well, as are the pizza slices, the dressing and pizza sauce, they taste even better today.

Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list. Then I counted the doughs, while Juan Pu was filling on the line, from there we started with the preparation, Then we got a ticket for 16 medium pizzas, I wanted it at 11:30 so we hurried and started on all the pizzas in front around 10, when we finished we started with the order, then a lot of sandwiches also came out, so we were working as a team and everything went pretty well, the pizzas came out on time as well as the sandwiches, and around 12 I started with the break and we managed to finish around 2, from then on if quite a few pizzas came out to go. Notes about the shift in general:   starting my day entering the restaurant, everything was fine and when we entered we had a lot of merchandise so we started to upload everything and arrange them around 8:30 Houston avocado arrived I checked them and made sure everything was in pretty good quality and I arranged them and gave them a date then I started with the preparation list and delivered it to each station and refilled meanwhile I helped Gerardo with the bread knots when I finished then I helped them with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas when it opened we didn't have any tickets so I started with the breaks but starting at 11:30 we had an attack of quite a few tickets and we got a ticket for 11 Pizza and others we were in a good movement from 11 until two and from then on it was a little calm so we took advantage of the time to make two Cher Pepper and also finish with the preparation that we had left, already at around three we started to refill De...
