Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting the mess, I was at the oven until the afternoon guys arrived. From there. I took my break when I got back. We were filling up De Pizza in front and around 4:30 I realized Carlos wasn't coming in. Then I sent him a text telling me what happened and he told me he couldn't come to work because his dad got sick and for that reason he couldn't show up today and around five he started making a lot of pizzas. As well as salad. We were on the move, so I was covering, and also helping with the salad, and I started the breaks at six, and they managed to finish around eight, and from six on we were always on the move, I was making a lot of tickets. At the end of the breaks, they told me they were missing Cheesecake and they only had two left, so I was cutting one and when I finished I helped them fill up in front a little bit since it was too much and they couldn't. I also told Aaron to stay until closing, and that's how I finished my shift




Next shift be on the lookout for:


The only thing that might be missing tomorrow is Rice Krispy, everything else, we are up to date

Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list. Then I counted the doughs, while Juan Pu was filling on the line, from there we started with the preparation, Then we got a ticket for 16 medium pizzas, I wanted it at 11:30 so we hurried and started on all the pizzas in front around 10, when we finished we started with the order, then a lot of sandwiches also came out, so we were working as a team and everything went pretty well, the pizzas came out on time as well as the sandwiches, and around 12 I started with the break and we managed to finish around 2, from then on if quite a few pizzas came out to go. Notes about the shift in general:   starting my day entering the restaurant, everything was fine and when we entered we had a lot of merchandise so we started to upload everything and arrange them around 8:30 Houston avocado arrived I checked them and made sure everything was in pretty good quality and I arranged them and gave them a date then I started with the preparation list and delivered it to each station and refilled meanwhile I helped Gerardo with the bread knots when I finished then I helped them with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas when it opened we didn't have any tickets so I started with the breaks but starting at 11:30 we had an attack of quite a few tickets and we got a ticket for 11 Pizza and others we were in a good movement from 11 until two and from then on it was a little calm so we took advantage of the time to make two Cher Pepper and also finish with the preparation that we had left, already at around three we started to refill De...
