Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting the shift, I was stretching Pizza and also covering some in the salad, since it was too slow and Lety left earlier, since it was too slow, when the afternoon people arrived, I took my break when I went down. I took advantage of the time to take down all the filters and wash them since it was too dirty and black from the smoke in front it was quite clean, from there we started to refill too much Pizza in front if a ticket came out, and already at six I started with the breaks covering each one who was going from that time, yes it got quite busy and they managed to finish around 7:45 then I was checking and checking if some things were missing, but everything was quite good, and so I finished my shift

Notes about the shift in general:   Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, so I started with the preparation list. Then I counted the doughs, while Juan Pu was filling on the line, from there we started with the preparation, Then we got a ticket for 16 medium pizzas, I wanted it at 11:30 so we hurried and started on all the pizzas in front around 10, when we finished we started with the order, then a lot of sandwiches also came out, so we were working as a team and everything went pretty well, the pizzas came out on time as well as the sandwiches, and around 12 I started with the break and we managed to finish around 2, from then on if quite a few pizzas came out to go. Notes about the shift in general:   starting my day entering the restaurant, everything was fine and when we entered we had a lot of merchandise so we started to upload everything and arrange them around 8:30 Houston avocado arrived I checked them and made sure everything was in pretty good quality and I arranged them and gave them a date then I started with the preparation list and delivered it to each station and refilled meanwhile I helped Gerardo with the bread knots when I finished then I helped them with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas when it opened we didn't have any tickets so I started with the breaks but starting at 11:30 we had an attack of quite a few tickets and we got a ticket for 11 Pizza and others we were in a good movement from 11 until two and from then on it was a little calm so we took advantage of the time to make two Cher Pepper and also finish with the preparation that we had left, already at around three we started to refill De...
