FRIDAY 9/12/2025 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
At the start of the shift, it was a little calm, so I made the most of my time. I cleaned up outside and also put all the boxes in order and organized the upstairs where we keep everything when we finish. I was checking all the pizzas and everything was going pretty well. Around five o'clock it started to get a little busy, but there were quite a few of us so it was no problem. Then I helped out a little at the oven and I also watched Freddy work. He does it quite well, he just needs a little more agility, and also Belinda, even though it's her second day, she already knows quite a bit about sandwiches. Only with the salad, she still needs to learn the other salads a little. So I started taking breaks at six o'clock and everyone left. Then Ramona told me she was going to leave around eight o'clock since there were quite a few people. I said yes since there were quite a few of us, and that's how I ended my shift.
