Notes about the shift in general:
We received orders from BEK, SOFO, Houston Deli, and Alsco. Everything was accounted for, put away, and organized. I had Raymundo training on the line today, he did well. We have a lot of training going on tonight. I ordered produce for tomorrow and grabbed milk. It was slow for a Friday, but started picking up late afternoon.
