Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting the day, I was at the oven, cooking pizzas when the afternoon guys came in, I saw that there were quite a few of us, so I started helping Julio with the Sicilians and when I finished, then I started helping with stretching the pizzas, if too much came out after 5:30 it got quite busy and a lot of Sicilians came out to take away as well as pizza slices, around six I started with the breaks, covering each one, those who were going managed to finish after eight. From there I helped them with covering the pizzas and we also went back to refill the pizza in front, since it was running out and that's how I finished my shift




Next shift be on the lookout for:


The things missing for tomorrow are pizza sauce, lettuce for sandwiches, and everything else. We're pretty good.
