10/09/25 Thursday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: I picked up water cups for the houseless on the way in. When I arrived I started the BEK and Houston Deli truck order. I reviewed the Sofo truck order that Will entered and approved it. I spoke with the electrician about the burnt plug and he was able to get everything back in order. I spoke with the Unifirst Representative and I explained that the review of the agreement is not a quick process. I went over the truck order and confirmed that we are stocked for the weekend. Cynthia and I sat down with Nathan and explained the reasoning for terminating his employment with HSP.
It was a steady shift but not very busy. I made guest connections during my figure 8. I met a guest that is very interested in employment with HSP. He has a number of years of experience in pizzarias. I will set him up for an interview.
