10/12/25 Sunday Mid w/Raymond

Notes about the shift in general:  On the way in I picked up a half gallon of butter milk When I arrived, the dumpster was locked. When I entered I started on the Sofo, BEK and PFG truck orders. I spoke with a Door Dasher about giving Bailey a hard time with parking. The shift was very steady with Marsal taking the first pop and then Roto and Sub/Salad. I got with Belinda regarding calling for slices when they are with a sub or salad. Breaks started at 7:00 p.m. and ended at 9:00 p.m. All BOH team members were able to take breaks.
