Notes about the shift in general:
Starting my day, it got a little busy, but we were very well staffed so there were no problems while I was working in front, we were also finishing some preparation, as at three we started to fill with a lot of Pizza for in front, when those of the afternoon arrived, I took advantage of my time to make an order of Houston avocado for tomorrow and then Raymond also told me that there is a big order for tomorrow that we be prepared, since it is a lot of pizzas as well as salads, so we ordered everything necessary to be well and around five it got quite busy, I was helping a little by stretching the pizzas and I started the breaks around six covering each one that went to and I also told Lety, since there are two of them, to make two dressing recipes, since tomorrow we have the salad order so as not to have problems and move forward a little and that's how I ended my day it was quite good
