SATURDAY 10/11/2025 BOH AM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day when we entered the restaurant, everything looked pretty good, very good closing yesterday, so I started with the entire preparation list, I delivered them to each station, and just at that moment Houston avocado arrived, I checked them, everything looked pretty good, then I arranged them and set a date, then we started with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas. When it opened, we already had everything prepared and we did get a ticket, but it was until nighttime and the other one we had, apparently it wasn't confirmed, so I started with the break around 11:30 and they could have finished around 2 if it got really busy with the salads, just like in front. Around two o'clock and onward it calmed down a bit, so we took advantage of the time to be able to fill up in front, and I was also helping to spread out all the meats to have everything ready for the night shift. When the afternoon shift arrived, I took advantage of my time to check if anything was missing. Apparently, everything looked pretty good. And so I finished my shift and in the afternoon, a ticket for 25 pizzas came out at 9:30.
