Notes about the shift in general:
Busy shift. Love to see it. We had a delivery from PFG this morning. We started with a 10-pie deferred, had another large order roll in right after, and kept moving from there. All three stations got some of the action today. Finished the schedule and picked up milk and anchovies in my down time. I put in a small produce order from Houston Avocado for tomorrow.
