Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day today was a little better, but from two o'clock onwards it was pretty slow and Lety had to leave around three, from there we took turns with Will on the salad, when the afternoon people arrived, I took advantage of the time to place the Houston avocado order for tomorrow. Then we started to fill up with a lot of pizza for in front of us, we also had some tickets for six and from five o'clock onwards pizzas and sandwiches came out, around six I started with the breaks, covering each one who was going and they managed to finish around 7:30 From there I was checking and that everything would be okay tonight and so, I finished my shift

The Sicilian ones grew quite well, the pizza slices look great, the dressing and pizza sauce have a very good flavor and a very pleasant texture.
